Your Sanctuary
Our rooms are simple. Eight stand-alone, open-air fales (bungalows) each surrounded by its own privacy screen, intended to give guests their own perfect carved-out piece of paradise.
Each fale is constructed almost entirely of reclaimed timber and lava rocks collected on-site, and each features a king or queen-sized four-post bed cooled by ceiling fans.
The en suite bathrooms feature an open-sky shower (with Molton Brown amenities), power outlets and private porch decks for relaxing or watching the surf (literally steps from the lagoon beach).
Dining
All meals are served at our oceanfront restaurant. Though alfresco options can be arranged.
The stars of the show are undoubtedly the fresh fish caught daily right offshore, and the organic fruits and veggies grown on-site.
Wellness
MASSAGES
Life here in the South Pacific can be stressful. Deciding to swim before or after breakfast, whether or not to have an afternoon nap, choosing which book to read, to surf on the incoming or outgoing tide, etc.
Thus we highly recommend booking a massage during your stay here by our legendary resident masseur.
(Actually, we recommend you get your massage early on in your time with us, as more than likely you'll book another!)
FISHING
Fishing in Samoa is something else, and off the beach or out in our boat, the fishing here at Aganoa is bountiful, varied and exciting.
No need to bring your equipment over here, we've got you sorted with all the gear you need to land a memorable catch.
KAYAK AND SUP
With all you need in easy reach, it can be hard to muster up the desire to leave the lodge – but it's worth taking our tour to see some incredible aspects of this island's stunning ecological beauty.
Swim under waterfalls that look like something out of the Garden of Eden, marvel at the infamous blowholes (and perhaps toss a coconut in to see it launch into orbit) and see the moods and natures of Savaii's different-facing coastlines.
KITE BOARDING
We don't supply kiting equipment, but keen kiters are welcome at Aganoa Lodge Samoa!
